HI, I made your chicken spaghetti tonight & it was fabulous!!!!! I didn't have any green pepper so I just used a 1/2 bag of fresh spinach & chopped it up & sauteed it with the other veggies & let me tell you it was great! I also used fresh chicken broth & only half of the amount of velvetta & cheddar & it still came out perfect! I'm going to try to make your pimento spread next! Your recipes all look wonderful & remind me of my mom's cooking....two thumbs up!

I really enjoy your recipes & blog! In your November meal plan you have shrimp scampi listed, why cant I find it in your recipes yet?
