April Menu {Monthly Dinner Menu}

April showers bring May flowers, isn't that the saying? The weather forecast for the past two days is rain, rain and more rain. I'm not complaining because we need it, but it sure puts a damper on our much needed yard work. On the brighter side it's the perfect day to stay inside and work on my menu plan.

April Dinner Plan.

 Chicken, Bacon Ranch Pasta & Steamed Broccoli
Spaghetti a la Philly, TX Toast & Salad
Copy Cat Stouffers Chicken & Rice, Glazed Carrots & Wheat Rolls

Breakfast Night (Scrambled Eggs, Sausage, Hash Browns & Toast)
Teriyaki Pork Lo Mein (New) & Baked Egg Rolls
Ground Beef Stroganoff, Whole Grain Pasta & Salad 
Pizza NightPepperoni & Chicken, Bacon & Veggie Pizza
Crescent Dogs, Mac & Cheese & Fruit (Scout Night)
* Grilled Hawaiian Chicken, Brown Rice & Grilled Veggies
Mandarin Orange Cake
 Whopper Candy Pie 
Strawberry Cobbler

I love that you do a breakfast night. We include 2 nights for breakfast during my 2 week menu plan. Oh how I wish I could commit to a month long plan. Perhaps one day I'll stick it out longer than the bi-weekly. Everything sounds delicious!

We love breakfast for dinner. We usually have it twice a month, but I don't have it down this month. If you're doing a 2 week menu plan that's awesome as well. Just having a plan helps out so much.
