Time to put up the grill and break out the crock pots. I'm looking forward to some soups, stews and oven baked comfort foods.
I really don't use the oven too much in the summer, so I'm looking forward to cranking it up again. I wont go into a long speech, so I'll get right to it.

Note: I will be using Whole Grain Pasta & Brown Rice for any of

breads or rolls. I'm so excited that we have finally made the switch.

I don't know that I've ever had muffins made with cake mix. Would they be too cakey and not muffiny enough? (Spell check did not like those two words :-))
