October Dinner Menu (2012)

Happy October everyone! Goodbye summer and hello fall. I'm so excited that we will be getting a real cold front this weekend. Saturday's high is suppose to be only 55 degrees, so we shall see.

Time to put up the grill and break out the crock pots. I'm looking forward to some soups, stews and oven baked comfort foods.

I really don't use the oven too much in the summer, so I'm looking forward to cranking it up again. I wont go into a long speech, so I'll get right to it.

Today I'm finally posting my October Dinner Menu. Sorry it's a few days late, but I had a few deadlines that had to be met.

I don't know that I've ever had muffins made with cake mix. Would they be too cakey and not muffiny enough? (Spell check did not like those two words :-))
Tina, thanks for posting your menu...I enjoy getting ideas every month :)
