April Menu (Better Late Than Never)

I am posting my March Menu a bit late, but better late than never right? We are finally moved into our new house and trying to get everything back in order. I can say I am glad to be back on a regular dinner schedule again. The eating out was killing our pocket book. But that's what happens when you are between homes.

My pantry and freezer challenge for March was a big success. I managed to use up just about everything we had in the freezer and pantry. I really need to do a challenge like that every few months because we can accumulate so much stuff in our deep freeze. For April's Menu I chose some pretty simple meals to get us back on schedule. Yay! I'm glad to see that you are all moved in :) This menu looks great! I need to start planning ours monthly vs. bi-weekly. I bet it would be easier :)
Welcome 'Home' Tina =)...it's never too late to share. When do we get to see pictures of your new kitchen? Always feels so good to get things settled in huh? Blessings on you and your new home.
