i love this site so many great recipes. I love to cook a variety of food but I'm very picky when it comes to eating veggies so I'm never sure how to cook and season them so that they taste good. However I came came across one of your southern style green bean recipes and let me just tell you ...ummm yum. My little boy even ate some and he's worst then me when it comes to eating vegetables. He mixed it with his rice though to cover the greens but at least he wasn't gagging like as he usually does. The ideas reminds me of down home so much. I can't Wait to get home and try some new idea from your kitchen. Hum maybe I'll try some yams this time.

I may have overlooked one, but wondering if you have a recipe for broccoli with cheese. Love your Shares. Many great ideas! Alice

For broccoli and cheese sauce I just use Velveeta. I cube up about a cup and a helf of Velveeta and melt it together with a bit of milk until I have the consistency I want.
