We plan on visiting our city water park, going to the zoo, joining the reading program, heading to movies, back yard camping, staycations, exploring days and planning lots of summer crafts. So be on the look out this summer for more Crafty Kitchen posts as I will be finding ways to keep the kids from getting to bored this summer. It also means more time which means more recipes to be posted here at Mommy's Kitchen.
Today I am posting my June Menu. We are trying to use the crock pot and grill more since the heat of summer is already here. Today will be 97 here in Texas so another hot one. I hope you can find a few recipes that peak your interest. If you are a monthly menu planner please link up your June Menu at the end of this post. Remember link to your post not your homepage and please include a link back to Menu Plan Monthly at Mommy's Kitchen. That way everyone can view all the menu's. Thank you to everyone who participates in MPM.

Now I am right with you on using the crock pot and grilling more while it's hot outside. Great idea! I'm going to have to check out your chocolate eclair cake :)
It is still cold where I live, but I just bought a replacement crockpot and am looking forward to using it! I just might be adding the white castle sliders to my menu too.
This all sounds so good! I'm going to try your Honey Lime Chicken. I've been looking for a recipe like that. Thanks for the Link Up, Tina! Have a great day!
I am also planning on making your honey lime chicken, I can't wait. It looks so good. We've had that big bottle of Yoshida's in our fridge for over a year and I haven't hardly used it. I'm glad I found a good recipe to use it in. I also found that same recipe for Bourbon chicken but for steak. It's on my menu this month, I hope it's good. Working on my menu right now and hope to have it up soon.
Another yummy month! I hope you will share your cupcakes on Cupcake Tuesday!
Thanks for hosting!

Looks like I'll be coming down to your house to eat all my meals this month! LOL :) I hope you enjoy the smoked sausage kabobs... I thought they were really yummy! Smoked sausage is great on the grill and kids like anything cooked on a stick :)
That's quite a delicious looking menu! I hear ya on the heat. I keep meaning to bring out my crockpot more. Summer is definitely the time to do it. I don't miss that Texas heat!
I want to try the lasagna roll ups. Thanks for sharing your june menu!
I would like to try some of your menu someday. My first time to plan ahead of time, I hope I could cope up with it! Have a great summer with your kids!
What a great menu! I'll be trying several of your recipes this month to. Thanks for sharing :)
The honey-lime chicken sounds really good--I haven't had anything like that before!
