February Menu {Menu Plan Monthly}

Hi Everyone February has arrived along with a big cold snap for Texas. Today's forecast will be a high of 29 and a winter mix. We never really know what that means here in Texas, so we shall see what the day will bring. Tonight's dinner will be a big crock pot full of Northern Beans and Ham to keep our tummy's warm. I can't wait!!!

Along with February comes Super Bowl Foods and Valentine's Goodies, so this should be a yummy month. I have planned my February Menu with quite a few new meal ideas, so I will share those recipes as I make them. We also have a few goodies to give to the kid's teachers for Valentines Day.

I'm planning on making buckeyes, chocolate candy cups, vanilla m&m popcorn as well as Knock Ya Naked Brownies. We are also making something to put all of the candy treats into. I can't say just yet what it will be, but I will share it with everyone as soon as we make them. All in all it should be a yummy month here at Mommy's Kitchen. If you're a monthly menu planner I would love for you to link up at the end of this post.

I always love getting ideas from your site. I saw that you are making stuffed bell peppers this month. We just had some last week, but I didn't do the traditional rice and meat. I did a taco stuffing and OH MAN were they yum!!! Here's a link to my recipe I posted on my blog for them:

ooh these all look so good! I would love to be able to do a monthly plan, but I just can't do that much planning at once. I have only gotten it down to a weekly plan. This week I am going to try your Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti for the first time. I have been wanting to try this for months and just havn't gotten to it. I am SOOOOO excited to have it!! I have tried a TON of recipes from your site and LOVE every single one of them!! Thank you so much for sharing!! I get so excited when I see a Mommy's Kitchen email in my inbox!! It makes my day! :)

The link to the texas peach cobbler in the desserts is no longer working. That was a recipe from another blog that looks like has been removed. Sorry for the confusion. I have another peach cobbler recipe if anyone is interested.
