July Menu Plan - Menu Plan Monthly

Hello everyone!!! I can't believe we're already into July!! I hope everyone is having a great summer thus far. Today I have my July Menu Plan for you. Any recipe noted with (New) are recipes I plan to make and will post in the near future. Our vegetable garden is bursting with veggies so I've incorporated green beans, zucchini, yellow squash and tomatoes quite a bit throughout my menu plan. I have also left a few spots open for last minute meals or eating out. I hope y'all find something you like

I just started this low carb diet last week and I have been doing excellent on it so far. Down about 7 pounds. Most of the items on here have too many carbs in it that I cannot try any of them unless I leave out some ingredients.

OMGoodness, everything look so good! I wish I could do a meal plan for the month. That would save me so much time! I would create just about every meal listed above. Can't wait to see your next meal post, as for your veggie garden, glad to hear it is blooming, my poor garden seems to be blooming so slow.

@LisaLisa,
Ours was off to a slow start as well and now everything is just starting to bloom and come in. It must of been all the rain North Texas has been getting. We have so many green beans and now zucchini and squash (finally). It will still be awhile before we get cucumbers as we planted those late. I can't wait for all the corn to come in and sweet potatoes (still awhile on those too).

OMG! This is so cool that you are so organized! I truly never was when it comes to cooking, but it looks like you have it all figured out. I wish I was more organized when my kids were little.

What an awesome idea of a blog post. I love this! I reckon having a garden makes the ideas endless with fresh food like that. If I had a garden, I would make more than the same things we have each night that's for sure. I also don't have the time for stuff like that either.

Wow! Looks amazing. They're mostly light and useful. I simply adore strawberries and tried to make biscuit shortcake but add honey instead of sugar to make it without harm to the figure at all. I control my weight with some diets and regularly drink detox water with fruits it helps me a lot. But sometimes everyone needs to relax and eat some fantastic dessert.
