Sweetheart Strawberry Braid for Valentines Day

Valentines Day is just around the corner. What will you being doing to celebrate this sweet holiday? Today's recipe for this Sweetheart Strawberry Braid is super simple and delicious all rolled into one. 

All you need to make this festive danish braid is, Rhodes frozen dinner rolls, cream cheese, sugar, strawberry or (cherry) pie filling, and sprinkles. The filling for this yummy braid consists of cream cheese and strawberry (or cherry) pie filling. Fresh sliced strawberries can also be used when in season. 

I love using frozen bread and roll dough because it's so convenient and the recipe possibilities are endless. It's perfect for sweet rolls, in breakfast recipes, to make pizza, breads, dinner ideas, and my favorite is for holiday baking

This sweetheart strawberry braid is perfect for Valentines day with its ooey-gooey strawberry filling and the Valentine sprinkles. If you would like to bake up this delicious treat, I have posted step-by-step instructions on how to make this simple, festive sweet bread below.

These are the ingredients you'll need: Rhodes Frozen Roll Dough, strawberry or cherry pie filling, cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk and valentine sprinkles. 

Here are some step-by-step photos from beginning to end on assembling the sweetheart danish braid. 

Let the danish bread cool slightly and drizzle with vanilla glaze and add sprinkles. 

Let cool completely and store or wrap in plastic for gift giving. I used bread packaging bags with a pretty ribbon and tag.

I printed this last weekend and made today. What a great recipe, my only mistake was not baking last week! Tina does not let a gal down. My birthday is upcoming this week and I thought I might try to bake the help chocolate pie. Wish me luck
