This is really helpful. I like that you don't plan them down to the day, I think that's what would stress me out, I didn't think about just planning a certain number of meals each month, then choosing what to make that particular day. I definitely want to give it a try!
I am loving your blog and can't wait to try out a few of your recipes this week!
