I am posting my May Dinner Menu. Sorry it is so late this month. It has been so crazy around my house and finding some extra time has been so hard lately. I am re posting my recipe for Chewy Butterscotch Brownies I made back in December of last year. They were so good I thought they would be very fitting for this special day. If you re not a big fan of chewy chocolate brownies, I think this is a nice alternative. The original recipe did not call for drizzling chocolate on the top, that was just a perk that I added. I think the Brownies turned out really nice. After removing the brownies from the oven I sprinkled even more butterscotch chips on top and then drizzled on chocolate, I don't think you can have to many butterscotch chips they are so addictive. Unfortunately for my tastebuds, (but fortunately for my waistline) I was unable to sample any of the goodies folks brought, but I heard that my cake rocked!
Evidently one girl was actually eating right out of the (almost) empty pan!
