Philadelphia cream cheese is the bomb........ In everything!!!! This recipe has me think...Hi! I'm a new reader!<br />This recipe has me thinking.... I make something called Cheeseburger Mac. Hamburger, elbows, velveeta, and ketchup. S00000 how about makeing Philly Spaghetti with elbows.... and baking it in a casserole for a little? <br />It bothers me using the velveeta dn ketchup. My husband has a thing for cream cheese and has always added it to nearly everything at least once.
