I've been making these for years, so quick and delish.
Stealing ideas from Roulade....(I cook bacon til just done. I lay the bacon down on the inside of turkey slices, add a little cranberry relish, then preheated stuffing) then top with the above gravy/cream soup and bake for only 20 minutes since stuffing and gravy/soup was already hot. I also cut each roll in half because taking to a carry-in dinner people like smaller portions and makes 20 portions. Also can be made the day before, refrigerated until ready to heat. Great for carry-in or home.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8390396285139687239.post-64507566693735029622015-09-12T21:35:09.869-05:002015-09-12T21:35:09.869-05:00Can this be frozen after its made? I used a little more than a pound of Kirkland turkey a 14 oz bag of pepperidge farm stuffing and also for the gravy I prepared a brown gravy mix with water used cream of mushroom since that is what I had and mixed in a 3/4 cup of milk. I also topped with a small can of French fried onions the last five minutes of baking. Also with these changes it made about 20 roll ups which feeds a ton since these are so filling!!!!!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01597478055718978521noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8390396285139687239.post-37212746732913023252013-07-21T20:18:28.812-05:002013-07-21T20:18:28.812-05:00Hi, just found this recipe while looking for the b...Hi, just found this recipe while looking for the brown paper bag turkey recipe. My husband and I ride together and while he was driving, I was reading my book and having a cool treat on a very HOT DAY! Its 100+ here this week. I ate mine with a spoon and loved every spoonful. I think I will use my own homemade yogurt next time. I love to make it but we are still working at enjoying it with fruit, etc. Also, I think this would make a great jello salad (yogurt + jello). I have a jello salad recipe using cottage cheese and I get the same tanginess from the yogurt that I get from the cottage cheese. Homemade yogurt would be a lots cheaper substitution.

Thanks for posting.
