What caused that?<br />Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8390396285139687239.post-23550076368124966022011-04-27T09:48:14.043-05:002011-04-27T09:48:14.043-05:00How about microwave peanut brittle-- Iknow-- micro...How about microwave peanut brittle-- Iknow-- microwave-- I was not a believer either but now I am and here is the recipe-- give it a try!<br />1 cup sugar<br />1/2 cup corn syrup<br />stir together in a glass bowl and microwave for 4 minutes<br />add 1 cup peanuts and micro for 3-5 minutes (until syrup is light brown)<br />add 1 tsp butter, tsp vanilla and addthis to the syrup mix and stir and micro for 1-2 minutes<br />then add 1 tsp baking soda and stir until light and foamy.<br /><br />pour onto a lighlty buttered cookie sheet and let cool 1/2 hour<br /><br />break into small pieces( alittle hint break into pieces over a bag so all the small pieces don't get away from you)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
