I have to admit that I was not a fan of banana pudding prior to this. This recipe also may be used to make an awesome "dirt cake". Just substitute crushed Oreo cookies for the bananas and chessmen. I usually add a couple of gummy worms on top just before serving for effect. It's to die for! Instead of putting a layer of bananas at the bottom, my daughter wanted to mix the bananas in the pudding mixture. I typically make my pudding similarly. However, adding the cream cheese took it to another level!
