I bookmarked this recipe as soon as I saw it on Foodgawker.com I love peanut butter and chocolate, and the idea of having a dessert that can be whipped up quickly was incredibly appealing. Lucky for me my sister also saw this pie and made it for our dinner last night. It was extremely rich and oh so good!

S Club Mama, you could use splenda in place of the sugar and us sugar free peanut butter cups. I saw them at walmart in the bulk candy isle. I dont know about the crust though.

This looks delicious Tina! I love peanut butter desserts! By the way, if you're still looking for a custard style peanut butter pie, I made one that I found on Homesick Texan. It's a traditional pie crust, filled with a peanut butter custard that's flavored with cayenne and cinnamon (sounds strange, but it's awesome) and a meringue topping. It is out of this world! I made it at Christmas and everyone was raving about it. Here's the link if you'd like to try it.
