OMG--I am in love with the No-Fail Pizza Crust recipe! We have tried several recipes in the past and thought I had found a keeper until I tried your recipe this week. Quick, easy & delish--my family said this is THE ONE--no need to try any others. Pizza night is definitely going to be easier/tastier from now on. Now we want to try different topping variations. Another option would be using boneless skinless chicken breast. Make some for a meal the day before and make extra to keep in the fridge for the pizza. Then just cut into chunks and add to the pizza (this could be done the day before too.
Other than using the oven you could have the kids make these and you just bake them. Let's the kids be involved and cuts down on your work.

I think using shortcuts is fine. I cheat most times myself. If not then it just becomes too much work for something that should be easy. I love pizza and it's so fun trying to come up with different variations.

I love reading all of the variations on pizza and I couldn't agree with you more about using some shortcuts when making it. I feel like sometimes we make a pizza and it was way more work than many other dishes (and I chose pizza because it sounds easy!) I love the flavors here and all of the different cheeses sounds delish!
