Phyllis I cannot lightent up the backround because it is a template. Sorry I have the font color white so it will stand out. The City Chicken isnt a chicken dish at all, so it might be the same recipe. It is made with cubed pork. As soon as i make the recipe I will post it.

That is so funny everyone thinks she looks just like her daddy. Carson is his twin. Thank you though I will run with that. I think she favors me as well but hubby doesn't. I am glad my menu plan is helping out. I love seeing other menus it helps keep thing fresh and new.
