Last week while on Facebook, I stumbled across a new blog called Bread, Booze & Bacon. The name alone peaked my interest. This recipe for Mom's Best Ever Coconut Cake was the first recipe I saw. Goodness Coconut cake is one of my favorite cakes and this one is full homemade, loaded with coconut flavor and topped with a fresh cream and coconut topping.
