Yo Plus Light Giveaway

I had the opportunity to try Yo Plus courtesy of My Blog Spark and Yoplait! . I was so excited to see a box from My Bog Spark waiting for me on my porch. They sent me a "Get Healthy" Gift Pack" which included a cool sports bag, sports towel, ear buds and two coupons good for a FREE 4 pack of Yo plus Light Yogurt! We are big yogurt eaters in our house, so I was curious how the yo plus compared to other brands we eat. What really caught my eye about this yogurt was that it helps maintain a balanced digestive system.
My daughter loves yogurt but sometimes it upsets her stomach. I wanted to see if she could tolerate this yogurt versus others on the market. I am happy to say all the yogurt is gone. I only ended up getting one container of yogurt because my kids ate all the rest. I wasn't sure if they would even eat it let alone eat all of it. My daughter said it didn't up set her stomach so I think we will be switching yogurt brands.

Yogurt is very good for you, I am by no means a extreme health nut,lol.. But as I have gotten older I have learned that in order to keep a healthy digestive tract your body needs lots of water which means if your drinking atleast 8-10 glasses a day to maintain that it keeps energy up, weight down, muscles strong, and digestive system smooth. The entire digestive system revolves around water. So enjoy your water ladies!!! Your body needs it.

This is such a great prize to offer! I just started working out so this would be so handy! I try to drink lots of water to help with my digestive health. It is hard for me to do since I'd prefer coffee or diet soda.

I eat healthy and make sure I have enough servings of fruit and vegies every day. I actually have to watch what I eat carefully because of digestive issues that I have so this is a great question! Great give away! : )

Oh, this would be perfect! Let's tip...move! Keep that body moving and eat tasty fruits and veggies AND drink water, water, water. :D

What a great giveaway! My 'helpful' tip is to just cut all the junk out and eat at least 5-6 servings of veggies and fruit daily. Also, throw in some fiber and you'll have a very happy digestive system :)

I have eaten Yoplait light yogurt for the past 2-3 years. This brand seems to have more flavors that I really like. I tend to like the more unusual flavors instead of the plain peach, strawberry, etc. As far as a healthy digestive system goes, I must have a cast iron stomach, because it is very rare when something disagrees with me.

I have to echo what others have said ... drink lots of water and make sure to get fiber in your diet! Also, I think cutting back on the amount of heavy, greasy, high fat foods one intakes also helps with digestive health (as well as overall health in general, LOL).

What a nice giveaway! I go in spurts with yogurt, but when I do eat it, I eat Yoplait. I especially like the creamy varieties.

We eat lots of yogurt, fruits and vegetables and incorporate a lot of high fiber choices in snacks, breads, crackers etc.

It is very good to eat your fruits, vegetables and grain but the best was I have found to keep things moving is to drink a lot of water. You need at least 8 oz. of water a day to help your digestive track wash everything out.

Like others have said water and fiber. We keep fresh fruit on the counter so if the kids want a snack that can just get it and start eating!

I drink quite a bit of water and eat a high fiber diet.

Water, water, water. I have noticed that I am very sluggish when drinking pop and just feel more alert when the intake is water. Also keep lots of fruits around. No prep and can eat on the go!
