Tina, Meal Planner Monday Kitchenista

“I have partnered with VELVEETA to serve as one of five VELVEETA it! Kitchenistas. I have been compensated for my time commitment to the program, which includes writing about my cooking experiences, tips and advice at VELVEETAKitchenistas.com ; developing one VELVEETA-based recipe; and hosting “office hours” on the Velveeta Face book Page . I have also been compensated for the food purchased for my VELVEETA recipe. However, my opinions are entirely my own and I have not been paid to publish positive comments.”

How fun! I love Velveeta, but don't get to cook with it often since my husband is lactose intolerant :(

Oh Tina I am so excited...I have a big block of Velvetta in the fridge and it needs to be used so cant wait for the recipes. In fact I started to use it in your Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole w/Ham but havent gotten the chance yet. I sent that blog to a recently seperated Dad w/2 kids from my church and he was so excited...He said "she even shows pics how to do it". I just laughed.. Guys need to know that there are great people like you out there giving us good, easy to cook recipes. Thanks Tina, love your blog and cant wait till Monday.

Moy how exciting. That was so nice of you to forward my site to your friend. I agree dads need alot of help, just that he wants to try is awesome!!! I try to add the steps because I know it will help someone out. I learned cooking through watching my mother and sister so I thought it was best to include that part into my site. It makes me feel so good to help someone out that really needs it. Thats what it is all about.

Congrats! I love Velveeta. I know many true "chefs" frown upon it, but you just can't beat the creaminess it lends to a dish.
